Introduction – Football/Golf Commentator

Please take a look at some of the work that I have done over the last couple of years. I am fortunate to have commentated on some big football matches and at some memorable golf events. I have covered countless Premier League games in England , as well as top flight football in France, Italy, Russia and Spain.

I have commentated on the last 2 Champions League Finals, the FA Cup, the UEFA Cup and Copa Sudamericana. I was in Doha for the Asian Games and covered the UEFA U21 Championships and Euro 2008.

I have been all round the world commentating at golf’s majors, on the European Tour and Ladies European Tour. I have covered cricket at Lord’s and tennis at Wimbledon.

And some of the country’s leading sport broadcasters and world’s governing bodies have used my services.

They include Sky Sports, IMG Media and British Europsort, UEFA, the Premier League and the European Tour.

TV Football Demo

TV Football Demo – no.2

The following video contains 10 minutes of highlights from a memorable FA Cup match in 2008 when non-league minnows Havant and Waterlooville threatened one of the competition’s biggest upsets by twice taking the lead against Liverpool at Anfield before losing the match 5-2. I was commentating for Sky Sports.

Radio Commentating

Many of my commentaries go to various corners of the world. In the 2008-9 season, I commentated on a lot of matches but one in particular stands out for the drama and enjoyment it brought to commentate on. This is the Champions League ¼ final 2nd leg at Stamford Brige between Chelsea and Liverpool in April 2009.

The man behind the microphone

You often hear the man behind the microphone. Well, here’s a chance to see me in action! This video was taken in May 2009 at the Stadio Friuli in Udine. This is the penalty that gave Udines the lead in their home match with AC Milan before going onto win 2-1. It was a result that handed Inter Milan the title.

TalkSPORT – Show Reel

I loved my time working as first a commentator and then presenter at TalkSPORT. As golf correspondent, I watched Tiger Woods break records galore winning majors by incredible margins at Pebble Beach and Saint Andrews. And then as the presenter of DriveTime, I hosted a 3 hour daily talk show which saw me interviewing celebrities from the world of sport and show business as well as interacting with the public during phone-ins.
